If you need help with Desktop Web Widget, send an email with your Windows version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Before Contacting Support

• Make sure you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• Try another website if one page does not load.
• Use an official embed URL when available.
• Press Ctrl + Alt + W to enter or exit edit mode.

Free Pro Trial

The first launch starts a 3-day Free Pro Trial on that Windows profile. After the trial ends, the app switches to Free Starter with 2 active widgets, 1 saved layout, basic placement, a small watermark, and no Pro-only appearance controls, import/export, or visual snap guide lines until a Pro Lifetime license is activated.

Stripe Payment And License

If you paid through Stripe and did not receive your Pro license, send your Stripe receipt to the support email.
